LinkedIn reporting in your workspace
Authorize the LinkedIn member who can access your Campaign Manager accounts. adslink.io requests read-only advertising permission and lists the discovered accounts in your workspace. Each login keeps its own connection; shared accounts appear once. Account discovery is available, while campaign reporting is not enabled.
What you can report on
- Discover accessible advertising accounts with account names, exact IDs and source currencies.
- Review connected accounts in the Ad accounts tab with a LinkedIn platform filter.
- Refresh account discovery, reconnect the original member or disconnect a specific login.
Before you begin
- A LinkedIn member with access to the intended Campaign Manager accounts.
- Connect LinkedIn Ads permission in an active adslink.io workspace.
- An approved LinkedIn Advertising API application with r_ads, server-side Client ID and Client Secret, a registered callback URL and the reporting worker.
How to connect LinkedIn
Choose LinkedIn Ads
Open your workspace and go to Connections → LinkedIn Ads. Optionally name the connection.
Authorize the intended member
Choose Connect LinkedIn Ads, sign in on LinkedIn and approve read-only advertising access.
Review discovered accounts
Wait for discovery to finish, then open Ad accounts and choose the LinkedIn filter. Check account names, IDs and currencies.
Keep access current
Use Refresh accounts to rediscover account access. Reconnect when authorization expires, or disconnect a specific login from Connections.
Availability and reporting limits
Account discovery only. Campaign spend, conversions, performance sync, organic organization analytics, profile scraping and lead imports are unavailable. Account discovery does not supply a timezone, which is shown as unavailable. Empty or incomplete discovery leaves previously saved accounts intact.
The Connect link opens the authenticated app. Sign in and choose the intended workspace; provider setup, permissions and plan capacity still apply.
LinkedIn integration FAQs
Will my accounts appear in Ad accounts?
Yes. After successful authorization and discovery, accessible accounts appear in Ad accounts with a LinkedIn filter. Campaign reporting sync is not enabled.
Why do I need to reconnect?
LinkedIn access tokens expire. Some approved applications receive refresh tokens; others require member authorization again. Reconnect also restores revoked access after the member reviews it.
Does disconnect revoke access on LinkedIn?
Disconnect removes the saved app credentials and cancels pending discovery here. To revoke the provider grant too, remove the app from LinkedIn permitted services.
