Facebook reporting in your workspace

Facebook paid advertising is available through the Meta Ads connection rather than a separate Facebook reporting login. Authorize the Meta identity that can access your advertising account and select the relevant accounts. A Facebook page’s organic posts, followers and inbox are a different data source from paid campaign reports.

What you can report on

  • Paid advertising account and campaign reporting through Meta Ads.
  • Saved spend, impressions, clicks and supported attributed outcomes.
  • Separate account selection for the businesses your Meta login can access.

Before you begin

  • Access to the Facebook advertising accounts you want to report on.
  • Connect Meta permission in the adslink.io workspace.
  • Meta application setup and the reporting worker are available.

How to connect Facebook

  1. Choose Meta Ads

Open Connections → Meta Ads; there is no separate organic Facebook connector.

  2. Authorize the appropriate identity

Continue with the Facebook/Meta login that has advertising access and review the provider’s consent screen.

  3. Choose advertising accounts

Review discovered ad account names and IDs, select the ones required and save the reporting selection.

  4. Review paid campaign results

Start sync and inspect the saved reports. Request a separate integration if your goal is organic page or inbox analytics.

Availability and reporting limits

This path covers paid advertising. Organic posts, follower growth, Facebook messages and publishing are not imported or managed by the current connector.

The Connect link opens the authenticated app. Sign in and choose the intended workspace; provider setup, permissions and plan capacity still apply.

Facebook integration FAQs

Do I connect a Facebook page directly?

For current paid reporting, connect the Meta login and its accessible advertising accounts. The app does not offer a standalone organic page connection.

Is this different from Instagram ad reporting?

Both use the Meta Ads connector. Review the supported reporting breakdowns rather than assuming all account-level totals belong to one placement.
