WhatsApp reporting in your workspace
Deliver reporting updates through the workspace’s configured WhatsApp connection. Choose the reporting period, accounts, recipients and output format, then preview the saved data before sending. Manual delivery and recurring automation are separate controls, so preparing a report does not automatically start a schedule.
What you can report on
- Report previews based on authorized, saved account data.
- Configured text, image or PDF report delivery with recipient controls.
- Recurring report automation and delivery status for queued work.
Before you begin
- Permission to connect and manage WhatsApp in the workspace.
- Access to the WhatsApp account being linked and its linked-device controls.
- Authorized report data, approved recipients and the background WhatsApp worker.
How to connect WhatsApp
Open the WhatsApp page
Sign in to the correct workspace and open WhatsApp from the sidebar.
Link the intended account
Use the connection control and follow the displayed QR or pairing instructions with the account you are authorized to use.
Prepare a reporting preview
Choose the account scope, reporting period, recipients and output format. Generate Report Preview and confirm that the saved data covers the intended dates.
Choose manual or recurring delivery
Use Send now for an intentional one-time delivery. Configure and enable automation separately if you want recurring reports, then monitor the delivery history.
Availability and reporting limits
This is a reporting-delivery feature, not an import of private WhatsApp chats or an unrestricted campaign-messaging tool. A submitted message ID does not by itself prove delivery or that a recipient read it.
The Connect link opens the authenticated app. Sign in and choose the intended workspace; provider setup, permissions and plan capacity still apply.
WhatsApp integration FAQs
Does preparing a report send it?
No. Previewing and preparing a report are separate from Send now and enabled recurring automation.
Can daily totals be presented as hourly performance?
No. Hourly reports require actual hourly reporting coverage; daily totals are not substituted for missing hourly data.
