WooCommerce reporting in your workspace

Bring WooCommerce store performance into your business reporting workspace. The store connection uses its public HTTPS address and a dedicated REST API key pair. Reporting draws on authorized store records, helping you review orders and sales without giving the application permission to edit products or orders.

What you can report on

  • Saved order, product, customer and coupon records available to the authorized store user.
  • Store sales, refund and order-status reporting from supported synchronized data.
  • Multiple store connections with explicit resource selection and reporting currencies.

Before you begin

  • A reachable public HTTPS WooCommerce store.
  • An authorized WordPress user and a dedicated WooCommerce REST API key with Read access.
  • Commerce management permission, a store slot in your plan and an enabled sync worker.

How to connect WooCommerce

  1. Generate a read-only store key

In WordPress, open WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API, choose Add key and select an authorized user. Set Permissions to Read and generate the key pair.

  2. Open WooCommerce in Connections

In adslink.io, choose Connections → WooCommerce and add a store.

  3. Enter the store connection

Supply the store name, public HTTPS URL, Consumer key, Consumer secret and timezone. Enter credentials only in the authenticated store form.

  4. Select and synchronize the store

Save the connection, select the store for sync and review its saved reporting in WooCommerce. Check statuses, currencies and date coverage before interpreting sales.

Availability and reporting limits

The app reads the records the store user is permitted to access. It does not charge customers, modify orders or manage stock. Network restrictions, source plugins and order-status definitions can affect available data.

The Connect link opens the authenticated app. Sign in and choose the intended workspace; provider setup, permissions and plan capacity still apply.

WooCommerce integration FAQs

Do I need a Read/Write key?

No. Use a dedicated Read key for this read-only reporting connection. The key’s source user still needs access to the records you intend to synchronize.

Where should I enter the Consumer secret?

Only in the signed-in WooCommerce connection form. Do not place API keys in a public integration page, URL or support message.
