Shopify reporting in your workspace

Review Shopify store performance in a dedicated commerce view alongside your other reporting sources. Each store is authorized separately, and the application saves supported commerce records for reporting. Store access, app permissions and available order history determine what can be displayed.

What you can report on

  • Saved orders, products and supported store commerce records.
  • Sales, refunds, financial and fulfillment status reporting where available.
  • Store-specific currencies, reporting periods and synchronization status.

Before you begin

  • Permission to install or authorize the configured app for the Shopify store.
  • Commerce connection permission and an available store slot in the workspace.
  • Shopify application credentials and access scopes configured by the operator.

How to connect Shopify

  1. Open Shopify in Connections

Choose Connections → Shopify and start a new store connection.

  2. Identify the store

Enter the requested store name and Shopify store domain in the authenticated form.

  3. Authorize on Shopify

Continue to Shopify, review the requested read access and approve the intended store if you are authorized to do so.

  4. Select and review the store

After authorization and discovery finish, select the store for synchronization. Open Shopify reporting and verify the available dates, statuses and currency.

Availability and reporting limits

This app reports on authorized store records. It does not edit products, fulfill orders or process customer payments. Historical access and protected customer fields depend on the permissions actually granted.

The Connect link opens the authenticated app. Sign in and choose the intended workspace; provider setup, permissions and plan capacity still apply.

Shopify integration FAQs

Why does Shopify show Setup required?

The workspace operator needs to configure the Shopify application and its server credentials before the authorization flow can start.

Does authorization guarantee all historical orders?

No. The provider’s approved scopes, store access and available reporting history determine which records the application can retrieve.
