Amazon reporting in your workspace

Amazon commerce and Amazon advertising are separate connections in adslink.io. Seller authorization discovers accessible marketplaces, while the Ads connection discovers advertiser profiles. Choose the account type that matches your reporting goal, then select the relevant resources before synchronization.

What you can report on

  • Supported Seller sales, orders, inventory, returns and refund reporting where access permits.
  • Separate Amazon Ads advertiser-profile discovery and Sponsored Products campaign reporting.
  • Explicit marketplace/profile selection with provider currencies and saved report coverage.

Before you begin

  • A seller or advertising login authorized for the intended marketplaces or profiles.
  • Operator-side approval and credentials for the respective Amazon API application.
  • A registered public HTTPS app origin, appropriate workspace permission and available plan capacity.

How to connect Amazon

  1. Choose Seller or Ads

Open Connections → Amazon Seller for commerce reporting, or Amazon Ads for advertising. These authorizations are separate.

  2. Check application readiness

If Setup required is shown, the operator must complete the respective API approval, credentials and registered HTTPS callback before you can continue.

  3. Authorize the correct Amazon account

Use the intended seller or advertising identity in Amazon’s authorization flow and review the provider’s requested access.

  4. Select marketplaces or profiles

Review discovered countries, currencies and IDs. Save selection and sync, then use Amazon Seller or Amazon Ads reporting to check completed coverage.

Availability and reporting limits

Amazon Ads reporting currently covers Sponsored Products, not complete Sponsored Brands or Sponsored Display totals. Seller report access depends on approved roles and eligibility. Local HTTP alone is not a completed Amazon authorization setup.

The Connect link opens the authenticated app. Sign in and choose the intended workspace; provider setup, permissions and plan capacity still apply.

Amazon integration FAQs

Does Seller authorization also connect Amazon Ads?

No. Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads use separate application setup, grants and resource selections. Use the Amazon Ads option in Connections for advertising profiles.

Why are some Seller reports unavailable?

The application’s approved roles, seller eligibility and provider report availability can limit individual report families independently of the connection itself.
