Sample data only. Illustrative owner-authorized channel data. Earnings require monetary permission and eligible monetization, are estimated, and are not final payouts. Other content owners are not combined; custom growth metrics require applicable YouTube approval. Actual layout and results depend on available features, permissions and saved data.

YouTube reporting in your workspace

Connect separate Google identities and Brand Account channels to a dedicated YouTube workspace. Each channel keeps its own saved Analytics reports and KPI cards. Channel authorization is separate from Google Ads and app sign-in. Live access requires operator-side YouTube API setup and channel owner consent.

What you can report on

  • Multiple Google logins and individually enabled channels.
  • Views, watch time, subscribers gained/lost, traffic, countries, devices and video reports.
  • Estimated earnings, ad revenue and Premium revenue when monetary access is available.

Before you begin

  • An owner login for each channel; repeat authorization for Brand Account channels when required.
  • Separate YouTube OAuth credentials with YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API enabled.
  • Analytics view/manage permission in the workspace; monetary consent and eligible monetization for earnings.

How to connect YouTube

  1. Open YouTube Channels in Connections

Choose Connect new Google login and confirm sharing with authorized workspace members.

  2. Authorize the intended channel

Use the intended owner identity and choose the Brand Account when Google offers it. Repeat for another email or channel.

  3. Select channels

Choose enabled channels under each connected login and save that login’s selection.

  4. Open the reporting tab

Choose dates in YouTube Channels. Missing reports are fetched through the worker; saved dates reuse stored data until Refresh data.

Availability and reporting limits

Earnings are estimated Analytics values, not final payouts. Recent data may be delayed. Combined totals require API-verified common content ownership and owner-only access; custom derived metrics require the applicable YouTube approval. Video reports show up to 200 returned top videos per channel/report.

The Connect link opens the authenticated app. Sign in and choose the intended workspace; provider setup, permissions and plan capacity still apply.

YouTube integration FAQs

Does Google Ads authorization connect my channel?

No. YouTube channel reporting uses a separate owner authorization and server configuration.

Why are earnings missing?

The channel may lack eligible monetization or monetary access. Other available channel reports remain separate; missing earnings are not shown as zero.

Can I upload videos here?

This connection reads reports. Video publishing and channel editing are not included.
